Our products are made with high-quality, plant-based ingredients and are free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, and harsh chemicals. Where needed (such as in our face cream), we use a gentle, eco-certified preservative at 1% to ensure safety and comply with cosmetic safety regulations (CPSR certified). Our goal is always to keep formulations as natural and effective as possible while protecting your skin’s health.

Yes, most of our products are designed for sensitive skin. We avoid common irritants and use soothing botanicals like chamomile, lavender, and geranium. However, every skin is unique, so we recommend patch testing and are happy to advise on the best options for you.

All of our skincare and lip care products are cruelty-free and most are vegan. The exception is our Exfoliating Cleansing Balm, which contains natural beeswax. We are transparent about all ingredients and proudly avoid animal testing in every stage of production.

Our formulations work well for dry, sensitive, combination, and mature skin. For example, our hydrating face cream is great for plumping and moisturising dry skin, while our rejuvenating face oil balances and nourishes stressed skin without heaviness.

Most products last between 6–12 months once opened. As we use natural ingredients and minimal preservatives, we recommend storing products in a cool, dry place and using clean dry hands or tools during application to keep them fresh.
