Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms:

   - All bookings made online must be paid for in advance. This secures your appointment and ensures the therapist is available at your chosen time.

 

2. Cancellation Policy:

   - We have a strict cancellation policy. Any cancellations or changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

   - If you cancel or change your booking within 24 hours of the appointment, or fail to show up for your appointment, **full payment** will still be required.

  

3. No Answer / Missed Appointment:

   - If the therapist arrives at the address provided and there is no answer, the therapist will attempt to contact the client by telephone.

   - If the client cannot be reached, the therapist will wait **for 20 minutes** before leaving. This will be considered a **late cancellation** and full payment will be charged. In the event that the therapist is more than 20 minutes late without the clients agreement, the client has the right refuse the treatment and expect a full refund.

 

4. Adequate Space for Treatment:

   - The client is responsible for providing **sufficient space** for the massage bed, with enough room for the therapist to move comfortably around the bed during the treatment.

  

5. Provision of Towels:

   - **Senses Mind & Body therapists** will bring towels and coverings for the massage bed. However, it is the client’s responsibility to provide **sufficient towels** to cover themselves during the massage treatment.

  

6. Health Conditions and Contraindications:

   - It is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist of any **health conditions, medications, or other concerns** that may contraindicate the treatment they have booked.

   - Failure to disclose such information may result in the treatment being modified or cancelled for your safety, with full payment still required.

 

7. Punctuality:

   - Please ensure that you are ready at the time of your appointment. Any delays may reduce the duration of your treatment, and full payment will still be expected.

 

8. Therapist Rights:

   - The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment if the working conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, or if the client fails to provide the required space, towels, or health information.

 

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
